FanParking.Space is private parking for game days and race days, starting in Louisville. L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium and Churchill Downs sit about a ten-minute walk apart, so a single driveway can serve Louisville football, the September and Fall meets, and Derby Week from the same stalls.

What each person gets

Fans

Reserve one exact driveway, garage, lawn, or lot for a single event, several dates, or the whole season. Show a digital Spot Pass at the driveway: Scan in. Park. Enjoy.

Hosts

List a driveway or lot in about ten minutes, set your price per game, per race day, and for the Derby, and get paid after each event. Fans pay by card; AI agents who book on behalf of fans can pay in USDC or Bitcoin (Lightning). Renters can list with their landlord's OK.

Cities

Louisville Metro gets one portal for permits, complaints, and tax remittance — turning informal yard parking into a visible, city-authorized network.

OpenClaw, Hermes, and any agent that reads Agent Skills can install the FanParking skill from https://www.fanparking.space/skills/fanparking/SKILL.md (copy it into the agent's skills folder), then list events, get the same quote a fan sees, hold a stall for 30 minutes, and pay the host directly with a Lightning Address or USDC on Base. The agent pays the host's wallet the full quote — host price, service fee, and any tax or civic fee; FanParking does not collect its service fee on-chain in this version.
