Cancellation policy

Fan cancels
Cancel from your Spot Pass at least 24 hours before the event starts and the host price for that event returns to your account as platform credit. Inside 24 hours the reservation is final. Service fees are not credited.
Host cancels
If a host cancels a confirmed reservation, you receive a full credit for that event, including the host price, and the host's side absorbs the adjustment. Repeated host cancellations pause the listing.
Event canceled or moved
When a venue cancels an event, every confirmed reservation for it is credited automatically. When a kickoff or post time changes, your reservation moves with it. Race days listed as “time TBD” are confirmed by the venue; your stall is reserved for the date regardless of the final time.
Series packages
A season or festival package is priced as a bundle. Canceling one event inside a package credits that event's share of the package price. Blocked-out events a host excludes before you buy are never charged.
Landlord consent not confirmed
Tenant-operated listings sold with informal consent auto-cancel any reservation whose event is within 72 hours if the landlord has not confirmed. You are credited in full and notified by email.
Credits
Platform credit never expires during the pilot and applies to any future booking at checkout. Cash refunds to the original card are not offered during the pilot.
